with a 30 second brake in-between each minute.
For me, holding a 3-minute plank takes persistence and real willingness. You start strong, but after about 30 seconds, your body is already telling you to stop. Instead, you stay focused and keep pushing—before you know it, the first minute is done. With two minutes still ahead, you realise you can do it. The real challenge is choosing to stay willing and finish what you started.
